Application Purpose

Orbit by TechMitram is an enterprise software-as-a-service (SaaS) application developed, owned, and operated by TechMitram Ventures Pvt. Ltd. (CIN: U58201MP2026PTC082576). The primary purpose of Orbit by TechMitram is to provide retail and direct-to-consumer (D2C) eCommerce merchants with an automated control center for warehouse inventory synchronization, unit Cost of Goods Sold (COGS) accounting, courier RTO loss recovery, and real-time store performance analytics.

Google API Integration & Google Analytics 4 (GA4) Usage

Orbit by TechMitram requests optional Google OAuth 2.0 authorization using the read-only scope https://www.googleapis.com/auth/analytics.readonly. Orbit by TechMitram accesses Google Analytics 4 (GA4) data strictly to retrieve aggregated website visitor traffic sessions and bounce rates. Orbit by TechMitram combines this traffic data with the merchant's store order counts to calculate real-time Conversion Rates (Orders ÷ Sessions) on the merchant's private Growth Dashboard.

Orbit by TechMitram adheres strictly to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Google user data is never sold, never shared, and never used for advertising or AI model training.
